"We don't have to be that smart to remember all these details, we just need to care enough."
By one of my biostats prof who managed to remember the entire cohort's name for years within the half a sem time. So one day, one of us finally took up the courage to ask him how he managed to accomplish the feat and his reply was golden.
How many times were we so concern about the little troubles in our lives that we forgot about the other people living around us?
How many times have the world seem to revolve around us?
The power of connection all boils down to an important question- how much do we truly care?
Honestly speaking, I am no saint in this connection matter. In fact, there's still so much I know I can do. But honestly speaking, I am doing my best taking tiny steps to get out of my myopic world to be a little more understanding towards others.
And one day. we will develop into such an amazing 'us' that we could never want to be anything but us.
