Can it really get any lower?
As much as I hate to admit, I am extremely scared right now.
Sometimes we really dont need those advice. We know that they were build on good intention, but you dont know the entire story. Not the struggle, not the 1am thoughts and fear, not the beating yourself up.
I think thats why i prefer old friends. They see through everything and know what you really need-a listening ear. They know how much you fought to be here today, and they will never allow you to give up just because of some fear. They know all you need is a little corner to break down and they give you the space for you to rebuild yourself up. Because they have infinite trust that you are capable enough. Because they have seen you come this far despite everything. Because they know how important everything is to you, thats why they would never advise lightly.
Thats why we always run to them first.
For the others, its okay for them to not understand. Show them what you are capable of.
