Haha no, I am not here to blog about my Korea trip yet. Centre is rather busy these few days and I am running against time. Sorry, will really do my best next week if schedule allows. My centres kids are getting cuter as days gone by. Although you will prob always hear me complaining about them because i really feel like banging my head against the wall when it comes to teaching this bunch of monkeys, but at the same time, I am really grateful to know such a bunch of active and sweet children as well. Below are just a few convo between my kids and I, you don't really have to read it since its just a post to remind me of the few amazing kids I've been working with for the past 6 months. 1. With a mature kid who don't really like to take photos. I: eh, can we take a photo with the soccer field we did together later? K: eee teacher I don't want. Take for what? Teacher j took already what. I: haha, but I want to keep it in my memory, may be leaving soon. X: huh teacher why you leaving? ( lol, although I think they are secretly happy upon hearing the news) I: teacher need to study one what. K: teacher when you leaving? I: prob June or July? About one more month lo. K:( gives a serious thought) okay teacher, let's take photo! 2. With my class after bidding for sweets with their points. I: so did you all bid anything for teacher? Whole class: NOO!!!! ( haha cui I am such a lousy teacher) I: wa so sad! Next time don't give you all do many points already. Give already also pointless. :(:( X: teacher don't like that la... ( sadly passes his only bidded pencil with teary eyes) give you... Haha x sacrificed himself for the class so man! But of course, I didn't accept his one and only item from he bidding. Such a good teacher thank you thank you... (: 3. In a class math game I: who wants to pair with teacher? Whole class: teacher me me me!!!! I: okay c come pair with teacher. . . . I: aiya, I very long never do math already eh. C: 1+1? I: 2. Haha and I failed her in the game when I saw the + sign as - sign. (lol, I am so sorry c! Ms Chee is so going to kill me please!) C: ):): teacher, why like that? Haha okay end of story. Need to go put mask for beautiful skin already! Joongki skin here I come! (:
